Are You Happy?  How much do you know about Happiness?

Join AIHW to help yourself and your friends to live a happier life

Aristotle said, “Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence … Happiness depends upon ourselves.”
We all strive for happiness which is the only thing we want for its own sake. Everything else we do is in order to be happy – in one way or another. Unfortunately, no matter when and where we turn, we see unhappy people in varying degree everywhere, and the situation seems to be worsening over recent years.

Australian Institute of Happiness and Wellbeing (AIHW) is about our happiness and wellbeing – happiness and wellbeing of the individual, happiness and wellbeing of our society, our nation, and our world. AIHW is committed to making people and the nation happier through science-based theoretical and empirical happiness research and dissemination of knowledge through happiness education and training programs, international conferences, counselling services, publication of International Journal of Happiness & Wellbeing, and a Happiness & Wellness Retreat.

AIHW is a not for profit Happiness Institute. All fees and donations received are used to cover the cost of developing and running of AIHW.

Professor Lin is confident that through positive change it is relatively easy to improve our levels of happiness on a daily basis. He establishes the Australian Institute of Happiness and Wellbeing (AIHW) to foster happiness for those who deserve the utmost happiness. Join AIHW today and start taking happiness home with you.
